Connective work between systems that were never designed to talk to each other, so staff stop re-typing the same record into a second portal.
How we build it
- Signed agreements before data moves. Every vendor in the path of protected health information has a business associate agreement in place first.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest, in private storage, with no public access to clinical data at any point.
- Minimum necessary by default. Role-based access so each person sees only the records their job actually requires.
- Retention limits that are enforced, not promised. Clinical artifacts are deleted on a schedule by the system itself.
- Auditable decisions. Who did what, when, and on what basis — recorded at the moment it happens.
